Most of my professional work happens through VML, delivering commercial technology solutions for large global brands across categories such as FMCG, healthcare, automotive, finance, beauty, retail, and consumer goods.

The examples below show a more personal layer of how I work. Some are internal systems connected to business operations; others are private tools built around my own interests. They are not portfolio pieces in the classic sense. They are practical systems built around real constraints, real workflows, and real curiosity.

For me, they are also proof of taste: noticing a real problem, shaping it into a clear system, and shipping something useful without waiting for a large organizational machine to appear around it.

Influ Communication Platform

Influencer publication and verification workflow

A system for managing influencer publication records, campaign context, profile checks, publication links, formats, dates, and follow-up rounds in one operational flow.

Its distinctive part is the separation between profile verification and publication verification. A profile can be checked from platform and handle alone, while publication data is fetched from the publication URL when it exists. The system moves from manual checking to automatic status signals, with retry only when human intervention is actually needed.

Why it matters: campaign trust depends on evidence, timing, and clean handoffs. The platform turns scattered influencer delivery data into a workflow where missing information, verification state, and next actions are visible instead of living in messages, spreadsheets, or someone's memory.

Resource Manager

Capacity and allocation operating view

An internal operating system for seeing people, capacity, allocation, delivery needs, and business pressure in one place.

Its distinctive part is that it treats resource planning as an economic and leadership problem, not only a scheduling problem. Availability, utilization, project demand, and team reality have to meet in the same view, otherwise decisions become political, fragmented, or too late.

Why it matters: for a technology organization, capacity is where strategy becomes real. Resource Manager helps make trade-offs clearer before they become delivery, margin, or trust problems.

TAURON Nowe Horyzonty festival scheduler

A festival planning system for TAURON Nowe Horyzonty 2026. It helps choose films, events, priorities, and specific screenings, then builds the best possible plan without overlapping showings.

Its distinctive part is the combination of taste, constraints, and logistics. It pulls the official festival programme, enriches it with descriptions, warnings, trailers, Letterboxd ratings, awards, and audience interest, then lets recommendations, filters, pinned screenings, priorities, walking buffers, meal breaks, late screenings, and location changes all influence the plan.

Why it matters: a film festival is a beautiful constraint problem. Planner NH turns too many interesting options into a schedule that respects both curiosity and the body: time, fatigue, distance, food, and the regret of missing the one screening that really mattered.

Axle load calculator

OSPTN legal and engineering decision aid

A public calculator for OSPTN that checks vehicle axle-load limits for motor vehicles, trailers, and semi-trailers under Polish technical regulations.

Its distinctive part is the rule engine. It models axle groups, drive axles, steering axles, lifted axles, wheel type, suspension type, actual load, distances between axles, older-vehicle exceptions, derogations, and the legal thresholds from §5 of the regulation. It can split axle groups when distances mean they should be treated as separate calculation groups.

Why it matters: this is the kind of niche system I enjoy building. The hard part is not the form; it is translating legal and engineering logic into a deterministic tool that helps someone reason through a concrete vehicle configuration without reading the regulation line by line.
