Engineering Manager

I led a team of front-end engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. I communicated with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success. I mentored and developed team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth, and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I managed multiple projects, ensuring deadlines were met and project objectives were achieved.

Frontend Developer

Designed, developed and maintained web applications for international industry leaders using technologies like HTML, CSS (SCSS, BEM), JavaScript (ES6), Angular, Magnolia, RestAPI.

Main achievements:

• Upgraded an existing project to the latest version of Angular (5 to 9), built generic components, and rebuilt the store (Redux -> NgRx).
• Took care of webmasters developing towards frontend.
• Authored a periodic newsletter for members of the frontend team.

Junior Frontend Developer

Developed projects of varying sizes for major brands using technologies like HTML, CSS (SCSS, BEM), JavaScript (ES6), jQuery, Drupal, RestAPI.

• Won Awwwards / Honours & Mobile Excellence for the new Raffaello brand website.
• As a junior, led the frontend development of my third project in the company.

Transport Section Executive Assistant

Tasked with organizing the work of the Transport Section and developing the Association for Central and Eastern Europe. Fostered numerous business connections across over a dozen countries, leading to record attendance at association meetings held in Munich, Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Krakow.

Main achievements:

• Facilitated the growth of the Transport Section membership within the initial months.
• Successfully organized the largest event in the Association's history, attracting over 400 participants from more than a dozen countries.
• Enhanced the Section's diversity by reaching out to companies from previously unrepresented regions of Europe, primarily Central and Eastern Europe.

Consultant

Advised on and implemented strategies to revamp the company's image, sales, and proposition.

Main achievements:

• Audited the company website and made improvements to boost conversion rates.
• Constructed a compelling sales proposition to enhance the company's standing against competitors.

Freelance Web Developer

Crafted complex websites tailored to the needs of various companies, institutions, and individuals. Managed content and carried out necessary changes and improvements.

Main achievements:

• Gained proficiency in CMS WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.
• Developed several websites catering to diverse sectors including sports, building services, car mechanics and design, and legal services.

Business Development Manager

Oversaw the growth of the association, liaised with partners, sponsors, and members of the OSPTN. Managed documentation, prepared press releases and mailings, and organized trainings and conferences. Acted as the association's representative at various meetings in Poland and Europe.

Main achievements:

• Accelerated the growth of the association, increasing membership from 10 to 140 (a 1300% increase).
• Digitalized the association's processes and operations, including the automation of sending debit notes and association certificates.

Lawyer & Business Development Manager

Served as Business Development Manager at one of the leading law firms in Poland specializing in transport law. As a specialized lawyer, I collaborated with IURIDICA Law Firm, protecting and representing European transport companies in proceedings conducted by the English Border Force units, the National Postal Seizure Unit, and the French Customs Douane. My actions since 2014 resulted in penalties imposed by the customs authorities being reduced by over PLN 6 million.

Main achievements:

• Devised proprietary methods and procedures to assist Polish transport companies struggling with high penalties imposed by UK border authorities.
• Initiated and backed the digitization process, including digitizing calendars and daily work tasks.
• Automated and digitized the processes for preparing offers, drafting contracts, and monitoring stages of cooperation in class actions, thereby significantly reducing the time required for process monitoring.

Manager & Trainer

Managed a training company, organized soft skills workshops, and took charge of work organization, setting company objectives, and task delegation. Apart from my daily duties, I honed in on enhancing employees' skills and competencies, rewarding and motivating them, and keeping them well-informed about the company's activities. I coordinated marketing and sales campaigns and supervised the customer service and social media departments. As a certified trainer, I led several soft and interpersonal skills development training sessions.

Main achievements:

• Achieved ITA NLP trainer certification as one of the youngest participants of that time.
• Provided coaching and mental training to prominent Polish athletes, garnering attention in NaTemat.pl and Gol24 publications.

Editor-in-Chief

Oversaw the entire process of magazine creation, including article recruitment and selection, journalistic text editing, and coordination of graphic designers, photo editors, and DTP specialists. Led promotional and marketing efforts for the magazines.
